Ingredients
Yellow Pumpkin 250 gms
Capsicum red - 1
Whole black pepper - 5-6
Garlic cloves - 5 + 5
Oregano - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Milk - 2 cups
Butter / olive oil as required
Spaghetti / pasta - one pack
Cheese / cream cheese optional
Cut pumpkin and capsicum into dices. In a pan saute pumpkin capsicum whole black pepper and 5 garlic cloves . put this in mixie and puree with half a cup of milk.
Boil pasta/ spaghetti in water with some salt and one spoon oil. Drain and keep aside.
In a pan take olive oil and saute 5 cloves of garlic cut into small pieces. Pour the pumpkin sauce into this. Add salt oregano chilli flakes and cream cheese to this. Add rest of milk and let the sauce thicken on simmer. Finally add the boiled pasta/ spaghetti and mix well. Serve hot.
Optional : you can saute brocolli along with garlic before adding sauce.
Cheese is optional .
